Hello. I hope this is posted correctly on the message board. I’m stuck in a small situation right now and I’m sure any help would be greatly appreciated.
I recently created an ASP.NET application website using Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate. WB code. I have a report section that uses a ReportView control to get SSRS scores from an SSRS report server. Trial version of SSRS 2008 R2 built with Visual Studios 2008. Everything works fine on my local desktop. The problems started when I was publishing the web application on the best web server and trying to access the web application remotely. Hosted – Windows 2008 Server R2 Standard with IIS 7. Using ASP.NET usage pool. 4.0 integrated. Authorization has disabled ASP anonymous authentication, enabled .Net impersonation, disabled basic authentication, disabled digest authentication, disabled authentication methods, and enabled Windows literal authentication.
Accessing a web application on a specific job serverIt is exactly the same as using an SSRS report chapter in a web application. The problems occur when I try to get the web application url from a non-computer desktop. All parts of the webb instance work except report by chapter. I’m getting “The request was ignored with HTTP status 401: Not authorized”. On our SSRS Report Manager server, I verified that the data source for these reports has the correct credentials. special “Credentials are securely stored in the report usually the server”.
Again… bottom line… the web application redirect web server can’t access SSRS through another server. 401 Unauthorized error.
I don’t know if there is something wrong with Is II or something like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently developed an ASP.NET web application using Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate. WB computer code. I have a report section that typically uses a ReportView control to get SSRS reports from an SSRS assertion server. with SSRS 2008 R2 based on Visual Studios 2008. Everything works fine on my local desktop. The problems occur when I publish the application online on our web server and try to access the web application remotely. The server is a standard Windows ’08 Server R2 with IIS 7. Using an ASP.NET application pool 4.0 integrated. For authentication disabled ASP anonymous authentication, enabled .Net impersonation, disabled basic authentication, disabled digest authentication, disabled forms authentication so Windows authentication is enabled.Get the best performance from your computer with this software - download it and fix your PC now.
